Terms and Conditions


1. MobilityRE is a technology platform owned and developed by Mobile Real Estate Technologies, LLC.
2. MobilityRE monthly subscriptions are month-to-month. Your subscription fee will begin as soon as the order form is submitted unless stated otherwise on your order. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. The monthly subscription fees for will increase when the agent count exceeds the level purchased, where applicable.
4. Notice to cancel subscriptions must be submitted in writing 15 days prior to the next recharge date, otherwise an additional month will be billed. If notification to cancel is received prior to 15 days of the next recharge date, service will continue until the end of that billing cycle. Accounts must be current to cancel. Send written notification of cancellations to: Support@MobilityRE.com
5. One (1) MLS board is included in your setup costs. If you are a member of more than one (1) MLS board and require multiple connections, additional fees may apply.
6. Activation is typically completed within five (5) business days after receiving all necessary information by the Broker/Agent to complete the set up.
7. It is the responsibility of the Broker/Agent to submit any necessary information required to complete the set up of your MobilityRE product, including, but not limited to: MLS ID, logos, agents and sponsors, notification emails, phone numbers, accurate billing information, etc.
8. Wireless carriers may charge additional fees for receiving text messages. Please check with your wireless carrier to determine any additional costs.
9. MobilityRE products provide information that is supplied by the MLS. MobilityRE is not responsible or accountable for the content and accuracy of the data that has been uploaded to the MLS site.
10. MobilityRE does not share or distribute any emails, phone numbers or personal information collected through this technology to any outside third parties other than the Agent, Brokerage, Administrators, or Sponsors of the App.

How to Opt-out: To opt-out of our SMS service, text "STOP" to 32323 and you will be unsubscribed from our SMS text messaging service immediately. We will send you an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed and you will not receive any additional messages unless you opt-in again.
